We hope you will be pleased with your purchase but if you wish to return items purchased at www.pomelobaby.com please follow the following steps:

1. All items must be returned in an unused and resalable condition in its original packaging.

2. You must notify your intention to return the items in writing to returns@pomelobaby.com within 7 working days from the date of delivery. The items must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date. A full refund will be made within 30 days of returning your item.

3. The customer is held responsible for returning an item. Goods must be returned along with proof of purchase by registered post only. Pomelo Baby cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way. We regret we cannot refund the delivery costs for returned items unless faulty or incorrect.

Warranty

In the case of a faulty or incorrect product being delivered, we will replace the item free of charge. Pomelo Baby will refund return postage incurred by you up to a maximum of £10.

Gift Returns

Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item, the purchaser will be informed.
